Robert storage unit on time

Robert came out today to look at a structure we have been wanting removed and hauled away for some time now. I started the demo myself a few weeks ago and had been piling it up in our driveway. Robert’s team came over and quickly hauled away the driveway pile while also taking measurements on the back structure. Robert is very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I called for an estimate for having my old shed demolished and removed. Rob returned my call promptly and agreed to come out the next day (Saturday) to give me the estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and he said he could get the job done that day! A couple hours later he and his team returned and within two hours the shed, and some pavers and rocks that were behind the shed, were gone! It was amazing! Saw Robert's ad. Called his number and he answered his phone, not a machine. He was busy but said that he would call back in a half hour but did so in 20 minutes.

I explained to him what trash I needed removed. He told him that he could do it the next day if that was convenient for me. I told him that would be fine and he gave me the time he would be here and he would call before coming which he did.

He introduced himself and his crew and gave a brief history of his company. He quoted us a
fee which was very reasonable considering the "hazardous material" -paint.

Mr. Dunn provided very professional and timely service. When he was detained at a prior job and running a few minutes late, he contacted me promptly to let me know. His crew was also very professional and courteous. They seemed very concerned about making sure nothing was overlooked and leaving the yard where the construction material was located very clean.

I'm very impressed with Robert and his guys. We have used their basement cleanout service and asked to haul heavy stuff away in our engineering room. They came on time, offered reasonable cost, double checked to ensure that we are on the same page, and swept after removing all the stuff! Very professional.
